Pictures of Inside the House

Pradines is a charming hamlet; a cluster of 3 former wine buildings around a small château. The vineyards still surround the house. There is an ‘in-the-country feel’, but the neighbouring town of St Andre de Roquelongue is only 3 minutes drive away and offers a restaurant, baker, grocer, post office, garage and tennis courts. It is also only 30 mins to the lovely Mediterranean beaches. Everywhere you look are châteaux, Abbeys or ancient ruins!

The guest area is to the right of the wall by the balcony. Our accommodation (rarely occupied) is on the left. (We often visit on the last week of August and will tell you when you book if we are at the house at the same time as your visit).

The new enlarged balcony outside the front door is great for dining with its superb views.

The second floor bathroom (below and right) has a charming traditional feel to it with stone walls old fashioned double sink and mosaic tiles. There is a bath with shower and loo.

Kitchen is open plan with a fresh clean finish

We have tried to add many stylish  decorations and furnishings

Lounge with large open fireplace

Cosy lounge with original oak beams, TV (British and French HD Freeview), large desk, fast fiblre WiFi / broadband  and dining table (takes 10-12 people).

Bedroom 1 (on second floor) with walk in wardrobe. Original beams and stone wall.

Bedroom 4 on LG Floor with large  en-suite bathroom

NB This room is underneath the kitchen and part of the main building but there is no internal access to the house above. Access is via the external stairs (so you may not want young children on their own in this room).

 Bedroom 2 on first floor

We have recently bought a new outdoor table tennis table and some bikes for popping to the shops and exploring the hills.  There is also a traditional french boule set  - Great fun !

There is a kids swing in the garden too
